Bad news keeps piling up for GM. GMAC Mortgage, a finance arm may also fail. GM today admitted that Delphi Corp., a parts operation, sold as a separate company in 1999, may not emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  GM’s stock plummeted to its lowest price in more than 60 years, fueling worries about its survival. GM’s stock is $3.39, the lowest price since Dec. 2, 1946 when it hit $3. GM’s target stock price is $1.00 or less and will burn through all its cash by April 2009.
